John Fischer of WebCo will be teaching a Joomla! class through UWM's School of Continuing Education from April 30 to May 1 (8:30am-4:30pm). The $525 fee covers a continental breakfast, lunch, and instructional materials. Topics to be covered:

  • Introduction to the Joomla! Content Management System (CMS)
  • Installing Joomla! and setting up the database
  • Using third party Joomla! extensions to add functionality
  • Joomla! templates
  • Creating and configuring modules
  • Menu systems
