Cream Citizen is another special project iof New Local Media. It's an open source think tank for Milwaukee. As such, it works almost entirely through self-organizing social networks (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, email groups) and its own website. The Cream Citizen site was built with Elgg, the leading open source social networking and collaborative publishing platform.
